We were pleased to support the “Family Business Only” event at the NI Business Forum organised by Harbinson Mullholland.

Family firms from across Northern Ireland gathered to learn the secrets of hiring, retaining and motivating great people in a family business setting.

Our CEO, Gareth Loye, shared his insights on joining the family firm M&M Contractors, rising to CEO and the integration of family culture into a new business following the acquisition of Mascott Construction.  Gareth commented “It was wonderful to share my experiences with such an enthusiast audience from the business community.  Family culture is so important to me in the business environment and the room was evidence to the many talented entrepreneurs coming from family businesses in NI”
