Aquacomms Fibre SLA

Since 2017 M&M have provided SLA support on the Aquacomms Fibre infrastructure. This SLA Contract covers the whole of the Aquacomms UK and Ireland Network providing our expertise on the Projects we’ve delivered and now maintain.

The SLA Contracts involve:

  • Annual inspection of the infrastructure and resulting planned maintenance
  • Reactive maintenance for unplanned works
  • Stores held in yards for reactive works
  • 24/7/365 agreement
