Noel is the founder of M&M Contractors.

He has clocked up nearly four decades of specialist civil engineering and telecoms experience & having worked with just about every ISP & service operator within the communication civil engineering arena his experience and expertise have become a vital value added additive for many of M&M’s clients.

Noel is passionate about working with the M&M team & breaking into new markets. You’ll rarely find him without a smile on his face or a kind word.
