Our team is complemented by our extensive selection of sub-contractors who have met the required standard of quality and health & safety to by an approved subcontractor of M & M.
Our construction division has built up an extensive experience in many sectors ranging from industrial buildings, retail, dental practice and residential.
M & M management are driven to ensure that our clients are confortable, satisfied and informed and that our management team are working in conjunction with approved architects, M & E services, structural, civil, environmental and planning consultants to ensure the project is completed on time and to budget.

It is these expertise and range of experience and skill which have enabled us to undertake the following projects:
Mac Auto
The refurbishment of an industrial unit into a lively retail distribution auto parts centre on the Hillview Road, Belfast. The project entailed splitting the unit into two floors and creating a retail distribution/display area. The project was completed late 2010.
The Big Bargain Company
The alternation works was carried out for our client “The Big Bargain Company” on the premises on the Hillview road, Belfast. The project consisted of extending the shop floor for additional display areas plus security entrance doors, fire protection, CCTV and fit out. The project was completed in August 2010.
Lemon Dental Surgery
Works consisted of a new two storey extension to the rear of the building with a complete fit out of the new and existing building plus retaining walls, fire protection, M & E and decoration. The project was completed in April 2011 at a value of £145,000 under a JCT contract.
Mr & Mrs Douglas
This extension was a flat roof trocal roof construction which involved opening the rear of the building by an under pinning technique. The working included ground works, decoration, bathroom, kitchen, utility room installation and M & E. the project was completed in January 2011 at a value of £65,000.
Spice Restaurant
This refurbishment would see M & M working on the our second Spice Restaurant in Northern Ireland with would see the open of their flagship restaurant “Spice in the City”. The Bruce Street restaurant has become one of Belfast finest Indian Resturants.
