Our service is centered on the provision, replacement, repair and maintenance of the utilities infrastructure which our clients then utilise for their services. M & M has first-hand experience on all levels of utility projects and with our multi-skilled engineers and operatives as well as our experience in-house teams this gives our clients the reassurance that there requirements are been dealt with to the highest standard and efficiency.
Our company offers the complete turnkey solution in capability in design, construction, commissioning and maintenance. We can apply our extensive knowledge to small infrastructure projects, investment projects or other companies with daily requirements.
Example areas and projects which our company has undertaken in the past:
Installation for a network for Inland Telecom Fibre with included 250,000m of 32mm sub duct, associated fibre, splicing and testing, 30km of duct with chambers from Navan to Sallins, Ireland.
Delivering Project Kelvin for Hibernia Atlantic. M & M where one of two main contractors selected to delivery this monumental project across Ireland. We have moved forward to become there term contractor for delivering and maintaining their network across Ireland from building maintenance to installing new customers.
Installing Eircom telecommunication installation projects across Northern Ireland including a 10km of Eircom ducting and boxes from Mallusk to Belfast for the provision of fibre cables. We completed everything from duct installation to cabling and internal wiring.
Working continuously for BT directly and indirectly for over 30 years installing duct, kiosk – payphones, cabinets, jointing chambers, manhole construction, cabling, sub ducting, de-silting, blown cable, copper jointing and fibre splicing.
Working for both phoenix gas and board gas – just completing an installation of 3km pipeline for a 4 bar gas main in Dundalk, Co Louth, Ireland.
Installing a dark fibre route for the NHS in Oldham. The route consisted of digging through the inner city of Oldham, England over a 2km stretch.
Constructed a fibre optic network ring using a combination of sewers and civil engineering works to install fibre cables. The Client was H2O Ireland in both Dundalk, Co Louth, Ireland and Enniskillen, Co Fermanagh, Northern Ireland.
Installation and design of a dark fibre route in Bath, England. The route was through the inner city of historical city of Bath and comprised of just under a 2km construction to connect two buildings.
Electricity (NIE) – we have worked directly and indirectly for NIE for 25 years. We are currently working as a subcontractor on the maintenance term contract.
Our company has worked to install ducting on all major railway stations from Bangor Co. Down to Newry Co. Down.
