COMMITMENT TO TRANING

It’s important to us that everyone in the team has the correct training.

Every single operative that works for M&M is trained in: CSR, abrasive wheel and manual handling. Our training policy is arranged so that all sites will have certain key workers who have received the necessary training to use the plant and equipment used on that site. If a specific need arises on a particular site, the relevant training would be arranged to cover the item of plant or equipment to be used.

All personnel working on a site will also receive a full induction training session before starting work. It consists of being briefed on site rules, health and SAFETY & TRAINING as well as emergency/first aid procedures.

We see this as a vital component of our identity. Safe staff and a safe environment means it’s also safer for the general public.
