OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

With over 17 years’ experience in delivering Utility contracts throughout the UK and Ireland, Michael has a deep understanding of the utilities market and is experienced in leading projects under high regulatory scrutiny.

He has an extensive track record of driving significant improvements in customer service, efficiency, innovation and in the Power and Telecom sectors. Before joining M&M, Michael worked for Interserve as a General Manager of their Power Division. He took up his current role in 2017.

Michael is passionate about working with M&M’s Clients and delivering projects on time/within budget.
